Company History

Roots of HI-TECH APPLICATOR are incorporated in the success story of TECHNO-COAT SYSTEMS (INDIA) ® [formerly Teflo-Coat Systems(India)] – a leading pioneer of TEFLON spray coatings & thick lining (up to 1 mm) in India. A group of dedicated technocrats who are committed to serve the industry through technological innovations, started TECHNO-COAT SYSTEMS (INDIA) in 1986 with the primary objective of implementing a world class polymer processing technology. In 1992, under the technical support of ® E.I. Dupont Inc., these technocrats was geared up with TEFLON moulded lining technology which is specially developed to serve chemical & allied industries with corrosive resistant Lined Valves, Piping systems, Fittings & Reactor accessories. And the result was, formation of a dedicated applicator of Plastic Lined System Technology – HI-TECH APPLICATOR.

HI-TECH APPLICATOR was established in 1994 who offers complete range of Lined Valves, Piping, Fittings, Reactor Accessories & Sheet Lining facility for chemical equipments meeting to International Standards like ASME, ANSI, ASTM, DIN, BS etc. As a part of a primary objective, company has developed ® ® full range of polymer lining like TEFLON PTFE / FEP / PFA, PVDF, Tefzel (ETFE) , PP, HDPE and PEEK for their complete range of products. Experience over 20 years in polymer processing, continuous improvement in manufacturing technology & commitment towards world class quality made Hi-Tech Applicator one of the leading pioneers in Lined Products within India. Today Hi-Tech Applicator provides their Quality Products to many Indian and International Chemical Process Industries, Bulk Drug Manufacturing Plants, Petroleum Industries, Paper & Pulp Industry, Water Treatment Units , Fertilizer Industries and many other allied industries. At Hi-Tech, from the procurement of raw materials to the final finishing of the product, each and every stage of production strictly follows stringent quality check as per respective international standards to ensure consistent Quality in the Product. In Addition to this, to put cross check on the actual practice, Hi-Tech follows a systematic documentation & management practice as per ISO 9001:2000 standards which has a complete backbone of comprehensive ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system consisting all departments of the organization. The ERP system has been developed specifically for Hi-Tech and by Hi-Tech to get the maximum benefit of the quality management system and earn the complete customer satisfaction by providing superior Quality Products.

Our quality system is further backed up by world class Quality Control Facilities like, HVDC Spark Tester, Hydraulic Test Bench, Lining Thickness Measurement Meter, Pneumatic Test Bench, Opto-Electric Test Centre and many more. All products are tested individually which gives complete peace of mind to our valued customers. All Quality control facilities are being calibrated regularly as per ISO requirements against National Standards to ensure accuracy. Third party inspection of companies like Udhe, H&G, EIL, TUV are also possible if required
